In addition to what has already been said, I just want to say that it seems there are people who care more about emotions than facts and we see that in the world today. For example, I know that I'm a woman and not a man. That's a fact. No matter if my emotions would lead me to want to believe otherwise, there's no changing the facts about that. That's never been a problem for me because I know exactly who I am. But there are people who because of their emotions want to believe that even though they are a man, they want to believe they are a woman. Likewise there are women who even though they are a woman want to believe they are a man because of emotions and not facts. And they expect everybody else to accept and believe who and what they believe they are even though it's not based on facts but emotions. So since it's not based on facts, I won't be accepting and believing that about them. Especially since scripture is quite clear about this and has the final say on the matter.
