that is why we need to talk about them and why the church needs to start discipling people rather than just evangelizing them.

I could talk about what happened to me personally in regard to what the churches I went to failed to do. They failed to recognize the wolves that entered right into the churches and took over positions including the position as preacher. They failed to protect me and other children. They didn't pay attention to what was happening in the churches during the services or and most importantly what happened after hours when certain people met in small groups inside the church. This kind of thing is happening in many churches and has been for a very long time. What I'm talking about happened up to 60 years ago. Think how much worse it is now.

Christians seem to think that these things can't or won't happen in their churches. They seem to think that they are immune to it. The thing is that Christians are targets, and Christian churches are targets, main targets in fact. So yes, it can happen, it has happened, and it will continue to happen as long as Christians don't know what they're dealing with, don't recognize it, don't know what to do about it, won't even talk about it and probably don't want to think about it.
