Re: Prayer Wall

I came to the Chaplain's forum to ask for prayer. I know we are no longer under condemnation but I do it to myself daily. The accuser does this without my help yet I facilitate it and accuse myself for past sins that I am forgiven of.

I also need to forgive my dad as I say I have. I still feel anger and resentment; bitterness towards him and I can't seem to remove those feelings deep inside.

I watched a good short video that I posted today about four things that stop prayers from being answered or heard. The holy spirit prays for us as well, I know this too. How can I pray correctly, as God commands if I have not fully forgiven someone?

Thank you

I will be saying prayer for you my friend.  I have been out of pocket most of the day.
Say each prayer as if it is your very last conversation with God and live each day as your last day to glorify God by your actions and words.”

Lord, You know my name. You know who I am. You also know my needs, my wants and me desires, thank You.  Father, You promised that if I seek Your Kingdom above everything else, You will give me everything I need.  So I come  to You now, Father, and ask that You would help me live for You.  I entrust my needs to You.  AMEN.

Holy Father, I thank you for Your grace.  You have been patient with me. How forgiving You have been with me.   How wonderful Your love and mercy is towards me.  Thank you for forgiving me seven times seventy.   AMEN.

Holy Father, fill me with your grace.  Not a small part of me, but fill all of me.  Help me be completely led by your grace.  Because of your grace I pray that your power would flow through me to those in need Lord.   You did it in the early church, bring that revival again today.  Rain your grace and power down.  AMEN.

Holy Father, I thank You that You are the same yesterday, today and tomorrow.  I thank You that Your power continues today as it has in the past.  I know that You are able to provide, protect, and keep me from falling so I give my life to You.  AMEN

Heavenly Father, I need to hear Your voice.  There is so much I need to know and ask You.  Please help me learn to listen so I can hear You.  Help me hear what You desire to say to me, to teach me so I can follow Your will for my life.  Today I come to pray to You with Samuel of old, “Speak Lord for Your servant hears you.”  AMEN.

Heavenly Father, forgive me for all the times I have resisted Your spirit’s voice. The times I have been stubborn and chose to follow my own way and path.  I repent. I ask You for help to renew my fellowship.  Help me to receive You comfort and to clearly hear Your voice of reason and instruction.  May I live for You.  Amen

Father, help me understand the truth or Your teachings.  Help me believe it, trust it and live it.  I want to know what it is to be spiritually free, free from all that is holding me down, that is chaining me down in bondage.  Wake me, Father that I may seethe reality of the freedom You have given me in Christ.   AMEN.
