Title: How important is confirmation and/or fleece to knowing God's guidance?
Post by: guest24 on June 25, 2019, 09:57:03 am: We just received what we both feel is a confirmation to a direction that God seems to be leading us. So as I sit here and pray and wonder where all we will go with this direction I was wondering what you all thought of confirmations and/or fleeces when it comes to knowing God's guidance.

We are not to test HIM by foolish extremes but to trust...due diligence in prayer and opening the door to HIM will be enough. Not many people get a sign like the fleece ...we often get confirmations from God...I guess we are strange....

BTW, I love the passage, it is one that God taught me in an unusual way some years ago.

I think I will wait another week or two, till some things are a little more concrete but it appears God is leading us into an interesting ministry....kind of a long story.
