Confession time...the last few days I have been battling with who I am largely because of what I have been taught most of my life about who I am but adding to that has been extra pain, etc. leaving me weak. So this is a great reminder to me today.
In the first full study I did on Love, I looked at the way God expresses His Love to us...here is a brief encounter with that power and truth...hope it strengthens you all in the security of who you really are and the value you have in Christ.
Love...
I am completed in Christ (Colossians 2:10)
I died with Christ and died to the power of sin's rule over my life (Romans 6:1-6)
Since I have died, I no longer live for myself, but for Christ (II Corinthians 5:14, 15)
I have been made righteous (II Corinthians 5:21)
I have been spiritually circumcised (Colossians 2:11)
Romantic...
I have been chosen and appointed to bear fruit (John 15:16)
I am seated with Christ in the heavenly realm (Ephesians 2:6)
I was chosen in Christ before the foundation of the world to be holy and am without blame before Him (Ephesians 1:4)

I am God's child (John 1:12)

The complete study was very eye opening as to just how huge God's Love for us really is not to mention how great our value is to Christ. A Love that restores our value to us.

To jog your memory, you saw a timestamp I left on a video called "Ankerberg KJV Discussion Complete Scholars' Position - The Best Documentary Ever!!" five months ago, and from there, the debate moved over to your video which was called something like, "Should Christians Use the King James Version Only?" But afterward, you decided that you weren't really interested in debating anymore so we stopped and just had a nice conversation and you thanked me for caring about you. In case you still don't remember, you might recall offering to mail me a booklet called "Jesus Wasn't Talking to You!", or something like that.
Anyway, I went to YouTube to check in with you and see how you were doing, but your channel has vanished. I'm a little concerned about that. But I happened to remember Mr. Patrick Jane's comment somewhere about sharing your video here, so I wanted to check if you had an account.
I see that you haven't been here for a while, but this is the only way I know to get in touch with you. I'm hoping that maybe you'll get an email notification that you've received a reply here, if it even works that way.
Basically, I just wanted to let you know that I'm kind of concerned. I really hope you're doing well, and I'll be praying for you. There's absolutely no pressure to respond at all, but I want to let you know that you if you ever need a friend, even one that admittedly still disagrees with you about a few important things, I'd love to talk--not debate, just talk. No problem brother, I was shocked when one day all her videos here went graay - deleted. I went to her channel and it was gone. I worry about her but she is strong in Christ and has a great family. She's only 24 and I have an email address from when she joined here. I will try sending a msg when I get time soon. Hopefully it works. Also, this forum is a Christian forum and not just a flat earth forum. We discuss a lot of theology. I had a sub forum under Victoria's name with ALL of her videos here getting lots of views. I liked her when I met her on a dispensational Pauline channel but I haven't seen her there either. I also run another forum that's called Theology Forums - in my links below - it's also secure, much newer and much bigger with lots of Christians. The wrongness I had the most trouble with as a Christian was the devil's whispers at 4AM about how awful I had treated men, women, children and animals...My sinful cruelties and stupidities haunted my sleep for years after I memorized the lists of bible homilies, sigh.
Then I read a bit by an unknown person, may GOD bless you more, to the effect that such times were the perfect time to
- acknowledge your past sin with repentant sorrow
- then praise GOD for all the help HE has indeed given you already to recognize sins in your life and to have left them behind
- interspersed with petition to GOD for a more pure heart with the current sins in your life
After some time these demon attacks quit waking me up, and I decided they hate to be the cause for the Praise of GOD! Trouble free sleeping thru the dark hours for 30 years...
