The question is: Does Satan know the plan of GOD and How it will end!
It is unfathomable to believe that if Satan knows about the plan of GOD through the Holy Bible, He would declare war on Him.
First we know that mankind does not need Satan to commit sins against GOD and man. In the Millennium to come, Satan will be unavailable to guide, persuade man to commit sin. We see in those future prophecies, mankind still commits the same sins even though Satan is not around.

I think he knows as well as we do. He knows the scriptures well. As for mankind sinning still after satan is removed I would contend that he still exists to come back for another thousand years. I think by the time the new heaven and mew earth are created sin is still in effect. Until satan is finally banished forever.
So, why would satan declare war on God and heaven and earth and all of God's creations if he knows in the end he will be defeated? Perhaps he is so prideful and selfish that he thinks he can change things to a certain degree to possibly defeat God and rule forever and be worshiped.
