You can contact A2 and they will walk you through it step by step.  You need a xenforo license and theme for the forum.  You get both at the same time through a developer such as ThemeHouse https://www.themehouse.com/

or dohTheme that you linked....  anyone one of these.  There, you buy the license and choose the theme you like.

Then you go to A2 or another forum hosting site and choose a package (bigger is better) and you tell them you have a license and theme, and that you would like to transfer the website domain name (www.blah blah blah.com)
