says: sorry for the duplicate....good morning to everyone...so interesting visitors today....woke to Coyote howls, came to the desk and had a visit from a pair of Cardinals. Then saw a big Buck not far from the house, currently watching a Doe that walked right in front of the house and is currently standing across where the patio will go. Wish I had a gun this morning to fill the freezer even fuller but enjoying the beauty.

says: No family for Christmas...the kids can't usually come home and extended family is a combination of "not caring" and too far away. As to ornery, that is all too typical of my kids. Our daughter sent our eldest fuzzy pink slippers for Christmas apparently which he said he loved but put him in an ornery mood as if that is anything new....
