We need to and to eat healthier also. I want to start getting Apricot seed kernels because they have the highest levels of B17 than any other food. It's not easy to get B17 but it's proven to fight and prevent cancers. I'm also getting an old 3-Speed bike fixed up and road ready so I can start getting some exercise.

When I first moved here a little over three years ago I had to just put a lot of boxes in my closet and try to get to it later. I had started treatment before I moved and so I was feeling sick during the move and didn't pack and sort things the way I wanted to. After I finished treatment, I was weak and didn't have the energy to deal with it. I still feel the after effects. So I'm trying to get it done slowly....I watched The Legend today. I didn't realize how that movie so full of subliminals. I mean it's really packed.
