April 30, 2021, 07:02:34 am says: Praying for your wife Mark...for those suffering with pain, you might want to look into wild lettuce...some call it the poor man's opiate since it has the strength of opiates without any of the side effects.  It doesn't touch my daily pain but numbs it a bit (even in the hospital when they gave me Morphine I still had my daily pain) but when I get a headache in my scar which nothing takes it away, wild lettuce will stop it immediately...good stuff...

April 27, 2021, 08:31:03 am says: TJ, there was a study done that showed Butterbur taken every day to reduce migraines...we take it every day for other reasons but might be something for you to look into.  You can get it at health food stores, but make sure it is PA-free, most are so not a problem but check just to be sure.
