The Most Delicious, Easy Ribs You Can Make on a Gas Grill

These are the most delicious and easy ribs you can make on a gas grill. Just take two (2) pork ribs and coat with yellow mustard. Then sprinkle some granulated garlic, granulated onions and a good coat of Williams Rib Tickler rub all over the ribs. Place on your gas grill with the temperature regulated between 250 degrees and 275 degrees.

Light your smoke tube with apple pellets in it and place your ribs on for approximately three (3) hours. Spritz with apple juice every hour during this time. After three (3) hours remove your ribs from grill and turn them meat side down and put a generous amount of Zesty Italian Dressing down the bone side. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil and place back on grill for approximately  two (2) hours.

Remove from grill and aluminum foil and apply a light coat of Apple Butter BBQ Sauce to the meat side and back on the grill for 20 minutes. Allow to rest 15 to 29 minutes, slice and enjoy the most delicious and easy ribs you've ever made.

The Search is Over for the Best Steak Sandwich Ever / #LastChanceCookOff




The search is over for the best steak sandwich because this Picanha steak sandwich cooked on the Grizzly Spit Rotisserie over an open fire with oak wood is the best. Just season with rock salt on both sides and allow to rest in cooler for 1 hour. Mix 3 fresh sliced tomatoes, 1 sliced Jalapeno pepper and 1 tsp Cumin in a bowl and place in cooler or refrigerator until Picanha steaks or cooked.

Place Picanha slices on the rotisserie folded in half with the fat cap out and cook over an open fire of oak wood until outside is nicely seared. Slice thin slices off the Picanha  steaks and serve on a hoagie bun with your choice of condiments with the tomato/ jalapeno and you have the best steak sandwich you will ever eat
