Christ Is Able To Transform Individuals, Bernard Pyron
The spiritual power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ is that it is able to transform individuals - according to John 3: 1-5. Romans 12: 2, Philippians 2: 5, Colossians 1: 25-27, II Corinthians 5: 17, and Galatians 6: 15.
Titus 3: 5 says "Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;"
Regeneration in Titus 3: 5 is from παλινγενεσία, Strong's 3824, paliggenesia, meaning "regeneration, renewal, Usage: a new birth, regeneration, renewal.

3824 /paliggenesía ("renewal, rebirth") is used twice in the NT referring to: a) the re-birth of physical creation at Christ's return (Advent), which inaugurates His millennial kingdom (Mt 19:28; cf. Ro 8:18-25); and b) the re-birth all believers experience at conversion (Tit 3:5)."
By the spiritual power of his resurrection, Christ is able to transform those who believe him, through the work of the Holy Spirit.
In Titus 3: 5 renewing is from ἀνακαινώσεως, Strong's 342, anakainósis, meaning "renewing; a renewal or change of heart and life."
"342 anakaínōsis (from 303 /aná, "up, completing a process," which intensifies kainō, "make fresh, new"; see 2537 /kainós) – properly, a new development; a renewal, achieved by God's power."

5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again." John 3: 4-7
Romans 12: 2: "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."
Transformed is from μεταμορφόω,
II Corinthians 6: 17: " Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."
Galatians 6: 15-16: "For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature. And as many as walk according to this rule, peace [be] on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God."
Colossians 1: 26-27: "Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints: To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:"
Ephesians 4: 22-24: "That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
