Maybe in general it takes "courage" to speak publicly, but I don't understand how speaking in a private forum wouldn't?

The private groups that I've been part of for years were specifically for people who experienced SRA and other things related to that and that covers a lot of ground. It does take courage to speak in those groups but it was easier for me because I wasn't the only one speaking about certain things.

One reason for NOT talking about what has happened - for me - is that it won't make a difference (I sometimes have more problems with motivation than lack of courage), but it CAN be used against me.

That's true. And it has been used against me already. That's why it takes courage whether it's a private group, which really isn't private on the internet, or on a public forum.

Another reason for not talking about personal experiences is knowing that people will find it amusing to ridicule you over it. It doesn't even matter when you have hard "evidence" for what happened.

Well, true again. But not everyone is going to ridicule you over it.

In 2015, my bank accounts were illegally blocked by the Dutch authorities, with nothing I could do about it. I was literally starved.
When I visited my personal doctor, who I had never seen, he thought that my weight had improved. Not knowing that I lost muscles instead of fat. The doctor filed charges against me with the psychiatrists after getting a call from secret intelligence posing as my father.

I've had similar things happen to me, not with bank accounts, but other things and things having to do with the medical community. Also other things that I won't mention because it probably would sound unbelievable.

I wound up eating at the homeless shelters, where I was told by the staff that they had never heard about anything like this happening to anybody.

I ended up in certain places too.....they had me in the palm of their hands and totally at their mercy. They took full advantage of that.
