When you have a Dr. that tells you you are too ignorant to know your own symptoms and then proceeds to tell your husband he is too ignorant to know my symptoms too, to be quiet and let him tell me my symptoms and what He is going do for them it's out of control to say the least.  Of course this is the same Dr. who told me that my anaphylaxis hadn't killed me yet so don't worry about it.

I know the feeling very well when doctors won't listen to you and take you seriously. My family doctor is now not taking me seriously. I'm having more and more problems with my feet, ankles, and toes swelling along with redness. They won't answer the phone so I sent him an email about a week ago explaining the swelling and redness. I haven't heard from him. When the swelling first started a while back, he prescribed lasix but that's not helping anymore. It's gradually gotten worse over time. Now I can only wear bedroom shoes.

He was a referral from the Dr. that put me on meds and refused to listen when it was making things worse which caused the severe MCS and the myofascial pain disease that I suffer with on a on stop basis. (and yes, another Dr. confirmed that was the cause.

There are certain prescriptions that my doctor put me on but I don't take them because I know from past experience that those drugs make things worse and cause more problems for me.

Or the Dr. that told me I was fat and lazy and needed to cut back on what I was eating when I was literally eating 2-3 BITES of food a week.  Oh the stories keep going...better to stop here...I've reached a limit that is for sure.

When they can't figure out what the real problem is, they put the blame on you.
