A few more days till they are ripe, but when we make it feel free to come over and join us.
I wish.  ;D
Isa. 29:15Woe to those who dig deep to hide their plans from the LORD.
In darkness they do their works and say,“Who sees us, and who will know?”
16You have turned things upside down,..
Isaiah 5:20 Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter.
Eph. 5:11 Take no part in the worthless deeds of evil and darkness; instead, expose and rebuke them.
“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.

Really not doing well today...the older I get and the more tired I become the harder it is for me to recover at all...sooooooo tired of not being able to do anything or go anywhere.  Even struggling to focus enough to study which was always my go to.  I promised God I would endure as long as I saw Him using it...it's getting harder to see how He is using it...I will endure because I trust Him, it's just so hard to see right now how He is using it to His glory.

Been a rough day here.  Not physically mind you, but more in the way of frustrations.   I thought I had an appointment but got there to find out I didn't.  Later the Doctor calls and apologizes for accidentally double-booking and making the decision I was in better shape and could wait till Monday but forgetting to call or text to tell me.  The upside is the Lord blessed me with being in decent health to be able to be delayed.
Then my wife gets a call and they have decided to do a procedure on her right lung to help it get kick-started again after her heart surgery.  She has been emotional as it was, today was even more so.
On top of that, I had a priest friend that is also a published author review my rough draft of my preface and first chapter for help and critique.  Ugh, it was so bad almost made me walk away.

Lastly, I told what I assumed would be a supportive friend that I will be ordained in a reformed catholic church in Sept and immediately was lectured on all the evils of Catholics and how they are not even Christian.  No questions are discussed and they ended it by saying never talk to me again as long as I am a Satan worshiper.   Wow just wow.   Even though my doctorate and my education are squarely from the protestant side of Christianity and my viewpoints while moderate to liberal, I did not think it warranted that reaction.  Even more so since this reformed Catholic Church is more like the Church this person attends.

I guess this is my day to be tested more than normal to see how I react.  So far I think I am dealing but dang.

and I thought I had bad days.  p.s. there will be "overcomers" from each of the seven churches that Jesus wrote a letter to and todays Catholic Church is represented by one of them.

Hope all goes well with your better half and maybe the faulty appointment was on purpose by the man upstairs, giving you time with her.

Hang in there, there will be better days to come.

I'm so sick and tired of people fighting in the streets. Don't they know what spirit that is? They really think that is going to make a good, positive effect and that ii is going to help anybody? No, it won't. It will have the complete total opposite effect.
Chaos, confusion, divide and conquer, hate, violence, killing, stealing and destroying, EVIL.

my wife canned potatoes earlier this year...but so far, the garden is providing very little to date....This seems to be true for the whole area of Middle TN.

I wish I could have a garden but there's no place for that here. I have had gardens in the past.
