Born of God as sons of God denotes born again the new eternal birth.

Daughters of men represent the unredeemed mankind

And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. ..

Lying spirts are never called sons of God which is mankind or human kind,  born again of God. 

Simply a beautiful warning  that those born of God as sons of God are not to be unevenly yoked with those who have not the Spirit of Christ, the Spirit of rebirth as daughters of men (unredeemed)  . 

God protecting the unseen spiritual seed, Christ. desiring that two walk together under the power of his name .A cord of three not easily broken .Christ working in mankind to both reveal His will and empowered them to finish it yoked with Christ. . . our burden is lightened and have freely been given  a living hope. .  Onan was killed for not protecting the spiritual seed, Christ . Seeing no value in the unseen things of God 

Interestingly the daughters of Job that walked by the faith of Christ received the reward as sons of God.

Job 42:15 And in all the land were no women found so fair as the daughters of Job: and their father gave them inheritance among their brethren.

But God's judgement on the world took care of them.

God's judgement not to be unevenly yoked with unbeliever's with daughters of men (mankind) continued on after the flood .in order to protect the spiritual seed Christ . Onan violated the law and spilled the spiritual  seed.. . seeing no value in the unseen things of God .

2 Corinthians 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

It is still being reformed today .Sons of God mighty men of faith or renown believers are not to mingle with daughters of men (natural unconverted mankind .
