It’s amazing how all of these wonderful people now orchestrating the mass panic and almost worldwide martial law in the “civilised” world (except Sweden!) have “predicted” this and are all the best of buddies behind the scenes.
In February 2017, the notorious Dr. Anthony Fauci warned of a “surprise outbreak” during Donald Trump’s (first) term as president.

In his “Pandemic Preparedness in the Next Administration” speech, Fauci told attendees at Georgetown University

If there's one message that I want to leave with you today that is based on my experience... there is no question that there will be a challenge [for] the coming administration in the arena of infectious diseases.
But also there will be a surprise outbreak...there is no doubt in anyone's mind [the administration] will be faced with challenges their predecessors were faced with.
