As far as Bill Gates goes, and specifically the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation- there is one glaring agenda at work in everything he's been doing-- vaccinations and birth control.  Kind of a strange niche no?
I think that the main objective of vaccines is lowering fertily rates for depopulation purposes.
